We appreciate you will often need you replacement hatch covers at short notice, so all of our UK orders get dispatched on a Royal Mail Tracked 24 service.
The delivery charge can be calculated in the basket or through the check out process.
Most orders placed before 11am Mon-Fri will be dispatched on the same day, but please contact us if you require them urgently as this is not guaranteed. All orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
International orders will be sent by the most suitable carrier, depending on size, weight and destination. Details will be communicated to you once the order has been processed.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. The recipient of the parcel must pay these charges. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.
If you aren’t available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick it up.
